Late and Cancellation Policy

Things happen and I totally understand. However if a client runs later than 15 minutes for their appointment I reserve the right to cancel that appointment if it will cause me to run late for other clients/commitments. I require 24 hours notice of cancellation of appointment. 3 or more cancellations in under this window or any no call no shows will result in the inability to book an appointment going forward and will have to rely on day of availability.
